B & K Revegetation & Landscaping has been selected

B & K Revegetation & Landscaping has been selected as the John Holland GAMUDA Joint Venture’s #landscaping and #revegetation partner for the M1 Pacific Motorway Extension to Raymond Terrace - Black Hill to Tomago Project.

In accordance with Transport for NSW R178 Vegetation and R179 Landscaping Specifications, B & K will deliver extensive soil treatments, hydromulching, mass planting, seeding, turf, garden beds, and 24 month maintenance period along this integral stretch of the M1 Pacific Motorway running between Sydney and Brisbane 🛣️

The M12 Motorway Project forms a key part of the W

The M12 Motorway Project forms a key part of the Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan, and we’re proudly providing revegetation and landscaping services here for the CPB Contractors Georgiou Joint Venture (CBPGG JV).

Initial surface preparation and revegetation scope involved weed control, soil screening, amelioration, fertilising, jute mesh installation, straw mulching, watering, maintenance, and monitoring, in line with Transport for NSW’s R178 and R179 Specifications.

While this work continues, the team are delivering over 1 million square metres of hydromulching and hydroseeding works to batters, median drains, open drains, basins, and other areas of new infrastructure.

The long-awaited Sydney Gateway is now open, transforming the commute in and out of Sydney Airport ✈️

B & K are proud to have contributed to the $2.6 billion dollar infrastructure investment, bringing a new toll-free connection to the city and Western Sydney 🛣️

B & K worked tirelessly, at times through challenging weather conditions to landscape two large-scale mounds, motorway bridges, cycle and pedestrian pathways, underpasses, resting areas, and a dog park.

Congratulations to the entire project team including head contractor - John Holland Seymour Whyte Joint Venture, Transport for NSW, and Sydney Airport.

Meet the B & K Landscape Maintenance Team 🌳

When you pass a recently completed B & K landscaping project and it looks absolutely amazing, rest assured these guys are behind the perfectly manicured streetscapes, parks, and sports fields.

Upon project completion, they continue at site with mowing, edging, turf spraying, tree pruning, and weeding, depending on the needs of each contract maintenance period.

Being a part of the B & K family, they continuously develop their horticultural skills and learn from landscaping industry leaders, often exceeding client expectations.

We want to give them a shout out, for not only completing their work to the highest standards, but for their flexibility and willingness to jump in on landscaping projects when occasionally required to assist with slashing, mulching and turfing.
